The majority of our area still does not have fluoridated water. Fluoride is proven effective in strengthen enamel and protecting against cavities. It's presence is very important during childhood. Consider a daily home rinse with fluoride like ACT. It is important to note that most pre-brushing rinses like Agent Blue do not contain fluoride.
If you're right handed, you will chew your food on your right side. If you're left handed, you will tend to chew your food on your left side.
