Dr. Nathan Seyer, Associate Dentist
Dr. Seyer and his wife, Brittney, are both from Oran, MO. Although they do not have any children, they do have two rescue dogs and one rescue cat, Murphy Brown.
Dr. Seyer not only shares Drs. Pat & Jan's alma mater, UMKC, but also shares their giving spirit. He enjoys giving to others & is just recently back from a mission trip to Africa.

Jamie has been with our team since 2001 as a certified Dental Practice Management Administrator. She is well versed in insurance policies and will be happy to aid you in maximizing your insurance benefits and answering your billing questions. She enjoys getting to know patients and looks forward to meeting you. She and her husband, Jason, live outside of Jackson with their two daughters, Allie & Adrianna. Allie was born in February 2006 and little sister, Adrianna was a Christmas Eve arrival in 2009. Jamie looks forward to spending time with her family & friends, gardening, and generally staying outdoors--although you wouldn't know it from her fair complexion! Certified Dental Assistant
Sherry has been with our office since 1982 and is Dr. Pat's primary chairside assistant. She is a certified Expanded Function Dental Assistant. This means she has trained beyond most certified dental assistants, and is capable of performing a number of advanced procedures. Her experience combined with her advanced training makes her an incredible asset to our office.
In her freetime, Sherry enjoys spending time with her husband, Kevin, and two teenage children. Whether she is headed to the kid's sporting events or a weekend at the lake, she always has a smile to share which is one of the many reasons we love Sherry & know you will as well! |

Janice relocated to Cape with her husband, Jim, from Piedmont, MO. She has two sons, Cory and Zachary, both of Cape Girardeau. She enjoys all sporting activities and spending time with family.
Janice welcomed her first grandchild, Kolten, to the world in March 2007. And couldn't have been happier to add their second, Kynna, in April 2009. Janice loves to share all their stories & we are so excited to see them growing up!

Jenny Tindall, CDA
Certified Dental Assistant
We welcomed Jenny to our team in December 2005. She has an incredible work ethic and fabulous organizational skills. When we aren’t asking her to help us organize our closets (we really wish she would!), she keeps herself busy organizing charity poker runs in her hometown of Chester, IL.
You will find Jenny in multiple positions in our office, from preparing and completing lab cases to assisting chairside for all three Doctors. Jenny is great with kids, and many of our young patients ask for her by name.
Although she doesn't have any children of her own, Jenny does have two dogs, Chopper & Evo. When she's not in the office, she enjoys riding motorcycles and spending time with family and friends. Jenny looks forward to meeting you and helping you achieve a more beautiful smile. And will certainly be happy to flash you of her own as she has a new reason to smile: She is engaged & planning an October 20, 2012 wedding.

Julia Abernathy, RDH, BS
Registered Dental Hygienist
Julia graduated from Perryville High School in 2002, and immediately began pursuing a degree in dental hygiene at SIU. Julia started working as a hygiene assistant in our office in 2003 and continued to work with us throughout her college career during the summer and between semesters. Julia graduated from SIU in 2006 with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene and joined our team full time as a dental hygienist. Adding to her joy in 2006 was her marriage to Jackson Volleyball coach, Tyler Abernathy.
Julia & Tyler welcomed their first child, Bryant Scott Abernathy into the world a month early on October 23, 2011. She looks forward to sharing her stories as a first time parent, and taking advantage of any advice you may have. Just be prepared to share pictures!

Lynsey joined our team in November of 2007. She graduated from Jackson High School in 2005 and is currently majoring in Business Marketing at Southeast Missouri State University. She lives in Jackson with her dog, Daisy Mae, and her cat, Oscar.
In her spare time Lynsey enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoys shopping. |

Jessie Reuter-Yount
Insurance Coordinator
Jessie works in the office as our Insurance Coordinator. She also teaches at Southeast Missouri University as the Adjunct Professor of Horn, where her husband, Matt, is also on faculty in the music department. They enjoy spending time together with Matt’s two sons, Isaac & Jesse, and visiting family and friends. In her free time, Jessie also enjoys reading, jogging, or riding the Cape Bike Trail, and visiting local wineries.

After filling in during maternity leave and vacations, we are pleased to announce Sarah has joined our staff full time!
Sarah graduated from Missouri Southern State University in May 2009 with a Bachelors degree in Health Science. She lives in New Madrid with her daughter, Quinn and cat, Kujo.

Tracey Cooley, RDH, CDA
Registered Dental Hygienist
Tracey is the newest member of our hygiene team, and we believe you will truly love the quality of care she brings to your preventative care appointments. Tracey is passionate about dentistry, and her education and experience reflect her passion.
Tracey is originally from Willard, MO, but moved to Cape Girardeau in 1995 to attend SEMO University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1999 after which she became a Certified Dental Assistant and later received her degree in Dental Hygiene from John A. Logan College in 2007.
On a personal note, Tracey and her husband, Nathan were married in Hawaii in 2004. They have two beautiful daughters, Erica, born in 2008 and Megan born in 2010--both of which keep her very busy when she is not in the office.
Tracey is a great asset to our team & we know you will agree! She looks forward to meeting you at your next preventative care appointment!
